What counts as a person?
Anyone you enable from your workspace directory. Deactivated people stop counting immediately, and their records are retained.
Can we change plans later?
Yes, upgrade or downgrade at any time. Your records and history are always retained when you change plans.
Is the AI included, or an add on?
The Google Chat agent ships with every plan, including Free. Multi agent intelligence arrives by rollout stage and is scoped with you on the Enterprise path.
What are the important limitations?
Free has no scheduled reports. Analytics starts at Professional. HRIS and payroll connectors are planned, not yet live; Google Workspace is live today. We would rather tell you now than surprise you later.
Do you need a card to start?
No. The Free plan needs no card and does not expire.
